Amendment in Form no. 10A & Form no. 10AB of Income Tax |11th amendment Rules 2023
CBDT vide Notification no. 45/2023 dated 23-06-2023, notified Eleventh Amendment Rule 2023 of income Tax.
This amendment will come into force with effect from 1st day of October, 2023 to amend Rule 2C, rule 11AA, rule 17A, Form 10A and 10AB Form.
