The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) vide Notification No. 116/2024 dated January 24, 2024 notified the Income Tax Return Form ITR-6 for the Assessment Year 2024-25 applicable with effect from April 01, 2024.

ITR-6 Form used for Companies other than companies claiming exemption under section 11.
