CBDT notifies changes in ITR Form V and Acknowledgement for AY 2024 25
The CBDT vide Notification No. 37/2024 dated March 27, 2024 notifies changes in ITR form V and Acknowledgement [Where the data of the Return of Income in Form ITR-1 (SAHAJ), ITR-2, ITR-3, ITR-4 (SUGAM), ITR-5, ITR-6, ITR-7 filed and verified] for Assessment Year 2024-25 as per the amendments in the provisions of the Income tax Act, 1961 and In the Income tax Rules, 1962 in consequence of the Finance Act, 2023.
