Is there an operational limit on the amount of ₹2000 banknotes that can be exchanged?
RBI announced withdrawal Rs.2000 Banknote from circulation, the Reserve Bank of India in its recent FAQ clarified on operational limit on exchange ₹2000 banknotes as under;
Members of the public can exchange ₹2000 banknotes upto to a limit of ₹20,000/- at a time.
