MoF authorises Chairperson of the DRAT, Mumbai to discharge function of DRAT Delhi for Golf Technologies
ORDER Dated 6th October, 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby authorises the Chairperson of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai to discharge also the functions of the Chairperson of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi for deciding the appeal in the matters of ‘Misc Appeal No. 57/2021 titled as Bank of India Vs M/s Golf Technologies (P) Ltd and Others, Misc Appeal No. 58/2021 titled as Truevalue Marketing Services Pvt Ltd Vs M/s Golf Technologies (P) Ltd and Misc Appeal No. 67/2021 titled as M/s Lancor Holdings Ltd Vs M/s Golf Technologies (P) Ltd and Others, in addition to his being the Chairperson of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai .
