Surcharges on transfer of any long term capital Gain cap up to 15%
As per the recent tweet of the CNBC TV-18 Live, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman says the Propose to cap surcharge on the transfer of any long-term cap gains at 15%.
Won't allow any loss set-off against undisclosed income.
