TDS on employer contribution to NPS account of Govt. employee increased from 10% to 14%
As per recent tweet from PIB, Its proposed in Union Budget 2022-23.
To provide equal treatment to both Central & State Govt. employees,
Tax deduction limit on employer’s contribution to National Pension System (NPS) account of State Govt. employees to be increased from 10% to 14%, bringing them at par with central govt. employees.
