Yes, FBOs manufacturing products covered under Substances added to food category [Food Product Category - 99] such as Food Additives, Enzymes, Processing Aids, Nutrients, Flouring Agents, Functional Ingredients, etc., shall obtain FSSAI license/registration as per the eligibility criteria.
