Who will issue the FSSAI license to food business operators under Airport/Seaport premises?
FSSAI licenses for food premises at Airport/Seaport are issued by Airport Health Officers (APHOs) or Port Health Officers (PHOs) who are notified as Designated Officers (DOs) by Food Authority. Airports/Seaports where APHOs/PHOs are not notified as DOs, the Central Licensing Authority (CLA) of the respective area would issue the license.
