 In the improvement notice issued to the food business operator (FBO) for suspension, the ground for suspension is given. FBO is required to take remedial action as directed in the improvement notice and inform Licensing Authority. If satisfied with the steps taken by the FBO, Licensing Authority may revoke suspension with or without conducting the inspection. The FBO may also appeal against the Improvement Notice vide Section 32(4) of FSS Act, 2006.
