In pursuance of 50^th GST council meeting CBIC vide Notification no. 26/2023- central tax dated 17th July 2023NO.26/2023–CENTRALTAXNO.26/2023–CENTRALTAXNO.26/2023–CENTRALTAXNO.26/2023–CENTRALTAX extend amnesty scheme for Form GSTR-10 non filer from 30^th June 2023 to 31^st August 2023.

Earlier CBIC issued notification no. 08/2023-Central Tax dated 31^st March 2023 to waive late fees on filing GSTR-10 form with a capping.

Now department given 2 months more time to file GSTR-10 final Return till 31^st August 2023.
