Virtual Digital Assets to be taxed at 30% under income Tax
In recent tweets from PIB, Its proposed in Union Budget 2022-23.
For the taxation of virtual digital assets, I propose to provide that any income from the transfer of any virtual digital asset shall be taxed at the rate of 30%
There was long expectation for digital assets taxation where RBI is also going to issue digital rupee in 2022.
