Government extended the validity of existing MSME registration till June 30, 2022
Earlier Ministry of MSME vide notification number Notification No. S.O. 278(E) dated January 19, 2022 notified the criteria for classifying the enterprises as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and specified the form and procedure for filing the memorandum, in order to extend the date of validation of the existing enterprises registered prior to June 30, 2020, under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 till March 31, 2022.
Now Government vide Notification No. S.O. 2134(E) dated May 6, 2022 further extended validity of existing registration registered prior to 30th June 2020 till 30th June 2022.
