In 49^th GST Council meeting chaired by Union Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman  GST Council accepted reports of two group of ministers. All dues on pending GST compensation to be cleared today.

Following are the details;

3. Rs.16,982 cr to be cleared as GST Compensation

Once AG certified figures are available, another ₹16,524 cr will be released to 6 states. There were reservations w.r.t composition of millet based products, no decision could be arrived at, says Union Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman
